What I offer
Peer2Peer Health Coaching, Classes, Community, & Bodywork
In Person Massage Therapy treatment for Chronic Stress and Chronic Pain starts with a 90 minute introductory session with at least 45 minutes of massage therapy depending on how much assessment and communication we need to do before we can start any treatment. This service is $165. Follow up appointments are $135.
There are mutual aide options available (coming soon) as well as the option to use a superbill for insurance to reimburse you. You may also choose to use an HSA/FSA card.
Virtual (and sometimes in person) Classes are held every month have limited seats and range from $45-$55 a ticket. Join my mailing list here to get exclusive discounts on my Peer2Peer Health Coaching, including Self Care Classes and other offerings.
1:1 Coaching sessions, in person or online are 1hr for $80 or 90min for $120, I can teach any of my classes 1:1 here as well.
My Online Weekly Whole Body & Mind Self Care Hour is pay what you can with a sliding scale of $15-$45. My Ko-Fi members at any Tier at $15 or above can come to all weekly hours at no cost.
HSA/FSA and Super billing are not available for Coaching, Classes, or Community Group Events

Dedication to Scent-Free Space
Bodywork with Aera is a scent-free space. Consider showering if able before your appointment, or changing your clothes if you live in a scented home or work in a heavily scented facility.
Please do not wear perfume or essential oils. None of the products used will have added fragrances, and will be hypoallergenic and labeled unscented as often as possible. The exception to this is the use of products we have, on request, and used with informed consent.
Arrival Time & Patient Privacy
We ask that you do not come early to your appointment as to allow enough time for the space to be properly cleaned and prepared for you.
Payment Options
Due to the costs of running a small and mission driven practice cash payments are preferred. We do take Venmo, Paypal, or you can "tap to pay" with a credit or debit card. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.
Deposit/Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required to hold your appointment and must be paid within 24 hours after confirming your booking. Cancellation or Rescheduling requests are requested to be made within 48 hours. If your reschedule request is less than 48 hours notice your deposit on file will be used and you will be required to place another one to hold any new appointment. Deposits help ensure your appointment is held and rolls over after every appointment. Last minute rescheduling makes it harder to fill that slot from the wait list.
A cancellation after the 24 hour mark, or a no show will result in you being charged for the full amount of your service. If you have another appointment scheduled, your deposit will roll over, but you will still be responsible for paying the full amount of the session you missed or canceled too soon for.
